Hulk Hogan's Widow Strongly Denies Grooming Allegations, Claims Stalker's Involvement In Lawsuit

Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, has spoken out after a bombshell new lawsuit accused her of grooming a minor at a party thrown by her teenage son, Hayden Hitt. The 48-year-old, whose real name is Melanie Sky Daily Bollea, is facing two explosive civil lawsuits alongside Hayden. The teen has been accused of sexually abusing a minor during the alleged party.

Responding to the allegations, Sky claims a longtime stalker may have been behind the alleged lawsuits. Meanwhile, the church that she claimed she was “born into” has denied her status within the organization.

Sky Daily forcefully denies the allegations made against her

Sky Daily shared a social media video on October 31, 2026, strongly denying the allegations in the two lawsuits. In her very first statement after the bombshell claims, Daily appeared to defend her upbringing and claims of being a Scientologist, saying:

“I am not a Scientologist. I have been a Christian for almost 20 years. I was born into Scientology and, then I grew up, and I leaned into my grandparents’ Episcopalian faith, and that’s how I raised my kids since they were born.”

Hulk Hogan’s widow went on to mention a stalker who has allegedly been targeting her for years, even before she met the wrestling legend, whose real name is Terry Bollea. Sky claims the lawsuits are a “lie” and says that he/she may have been behind these allegations. She said:

“This lie started from a stalker who has stalked me for years before I even met Terry [Bollea]. He’s just incessantly called me and texted me through social media apps because I never gave him my phone number ‘cause I didn’t know him like that.”

Lawsuits allege sexual assault and negligence at Sky Daily’s minor son Hayden’s party

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, a minor under the name Jane B. Doe has alleged that she was sexually assaulted at a party thrown by Hayden on March 28, 2026. Additionally, the complainant alleges that Sky Daily provided alcohol at the event even though they were aware that minors were present. But on that particular day, she was away at a Real American Wrestling Event.

The lawsuit also claimed that Hayden used a derogatory term to refer to a young woman while promoting the party in a group chat. In order to offer her for sex, he allegedly set up an auction. The plaintiff alleges that after taking a sip of a Four Loko drink that was given to her by another minor named John B. Doe, she eventually started to lose consciousness.

She further claimed that while Hayden watched over the bedroom door, he assaulted her for several hours. In addition, the complainant stated that she was physically hurt and that she was able to obtain a used condom as possible DNA evidence. She did, however, claim that Sky threw away other evidence, such as the bedding.

Another unidentified woman named Jane Doe has filed a separate lawsuit, claiming to have lived with Sky and Hayden in the past. She claims that Hayden physically attacked her on several occasions. But instead of doing anything, Sky asked her to pardon him. The lawsuit claims that on March 28, 2026, the woman texted Sky to report that Hayden had pushed her into a clothes rack, causing her to fall. However, it is said that she responded by writing:

“I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense; always wait till the morning.”

The plaintiff says that she eventually contacted the police. However, Sky allegedly evicted her and threw her belongings into the front yard. She also claims that Hayden asked her to delete the messages and not pursue the charges. The complainant also mentioned Scientology, alleging that Sky used her position in the organization to influence young women. The plaintiff also accused the Clearwater Police Department of closing the complaint due to Sky’s alleged standing within the church.

At the same time, his parents are named over the allegation that they failed to supervise him. But in the second case, the person who filed the complaint is seeking charges from Hayden over alleged battery and from Sky for civil claims related to alleged criminal practices. Both complainants named different defendants.

Both complainants are reportedly seeking damages for the separate incidents. The first one accuses Sky and Hayden of negligence and someone under John B. Doe of sexual assault, battery, and intentionally causing emotional pain.

The allegations against Sky Daily and her son are yet to be proved in court.
