Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, and her son, Hayden Hitt, are facing two civil lawsuits. They involve serious allegations of sexual assault, physical abuse, and negligence. The complaints have been made over incidents that allegedly took place in March 2026, a few months after the wrestling legend’s demise.
Lawsuits allege sexual assault at Sky Daily’s son, Hayden’s party
According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, a minor under the name Jane B. Doe has alleged that she was sexually assaulted at a party thrown by Hayden on March 28, 2026. The complaint also claims that Sky Daily supplied alcohol at the event despite knowing about the presence of underage kids. However, she was away that day attending a Real American Wrestling Event.

The lawsuit also mentioned that Hayden promoted the party in a group chat, where he used a degrading word to refer to a young woman. He also allegedly organized an auction to offer her for sex. The plaintiff claims that eventually she began to lose consciousness when she took a sip of a Four Loko drink given to her by another minor identified as John B. Doe.
She also alleged that he then assaulted her for many hours while Hayden guarded the bedroom door. Moreover, the complaint claims that she suffered physical injuries and managed to get a used condom as potential DNA evidence.
However, she alleged that Sky disposed of other evidence like the bedding. These allegations have been made in the civil complaint. They are yet to be proved in court.
A separate lawsuit has been filed by another unnamed woman as Jane Doe, who claims that she previously lived with Sky and Hayden. She alleges that Hayden repeatedly became physically violent towards her. However, rather than taking any action, Sky asked her to forgive him.
According to this complaint, the woman sent Sky a message on March 28, 2026, that Hayden had shoved her into a clothes rack, causing her to fall. But she allegedly replied, writing:
“I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense, always wait till the morning.”
The plaintiff says that she eventually contacted the police. However, Sky allegedly evicted her and threw her belongings into the front yard. She also claims that Hayden asked her to delete the messages and not pursue the charges.
The complaint also mentioned Scientology, alleging that Sky used her position in the organization to influence young women. The plaintiff also accused the Clearwater Police Department of closing the complaint due to Sky’s alleged standing within the church.
Both the complaints named different defendants. They are seeking damages for separate incidents. The first one accuses Sky and Hayden of negligence and someone under John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery, and intentionally causing emotional pain.

At the same time, his parents are named over the allegation that they failed to supervise him. But in the second case, the person who filed the complaint is seeking charges from Hayden over alleged battery and from Sky for civil claims related to alleged criminal practices.
