Hyderabad: A video of a security guard discharging his night duty in Hyderabad with a mosquito net wrapped over his body drew the attention of many people.
In the video, the security guard was seen sitting on a chair while covering his body with a mosquito net and guarding the residential colony. Responding to the video, netizens advised the Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) to ensure proper amenities to security guards after employing them.
A netizen said, “The people would give money for maintenance every month and these guards must be treated well. “But the RWAs, just like our officers, are experts in siphoning off money. An artificial structure can be created with fans and coolers installed to it.” One more netizen said the mosquito nuisance is prevailing throughout the city. Municipal workers must do fogging to control mosquito nuisance.
