HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) have put on hold its weekly Prajavani programme for four weeks, with the next public grievance redressal session scheduled to resume on June 8.
According to HYDRAA, thousands of complaints have been received through the Prajavani programme and are being addressed on a priority basis. The four-week suspension is intended to clear pending grievances.
HYDRAA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath said that, in addition to complaints received through Prajavani, the temporary pause would also help resolve grievances submitted through other platforms.
Despite the suspension of the Prajavani programme, complainants who have already submitted grievances can visit the HYDRAA office and meet officials directly if their issues require immediate attention. Similarly, individuals with urgent complaints may also visit the office in person to lodge their grievances.
