The finder of Shohei Ohtani’s new Holy Grail baseball card is in for a bigger payday than initially expected.
Grade10, which describes itself as Asia’s premier trading card venture, announced on Instagram on Monday that it will shell out a staggering $10 million to whoever pulls the Dodgers star’s Back-to-Back Dual Gold Logoman Autograph Relic.
The card was placed into a random 2026 Topps Chrome Baseball pack and officially sent out on July 22, and, initially, Market Movers founder Geoff Wilson said in a statement released by Topps that he expected it to sell for $5 million whenever it hit the secondary market.
It’s clear now, however, that collectors see it as far more valuable than that.
The card is arguably Ohtani’s most unique ever — as it commemorates his two straight MVP seasons with two signatures and two patches.
On the top, one of the gold Logomans that he donned in a 2024 game is prevalent alongside his English signature. The bottom features a gold Logoman that he wore in a 2025 contest next to his Kanji autograph.
A gold “1/1” signifying its rarity is imprinted in the upper left corner.
If located, Grade10 instructed the lucky discoverer to contact them directly.
“DM @grade10hk for serious inquiries only,” the organization wrote in a caption on their bounty announcement.
