Roy Keane was there to support daughter Leah, 24, as she tied the knot with footballer Taylor Harwood-Bellis on Saturday in a beautiful country wedding, with the bride sharing a series of photos from the big day

Roy Keane proudly walked his daughter Leah down the aisle on Saturday as she tied the knot with her partner, Taylor Harwood-Bellis, in a gorgeous rural ceremony.

The happy couple exchanged their vows at Kin House in Wiltshire, a Grade II-listed manor set among walled gardens and private woodland. Bride Leah, 24, has since taken to Instagram to share photos of their special day, including snapshots of the newlyweds walking in the grounds, and pictures from her “last night as a Keane”.

Leah looked beautiful in her white bridal gown, which featured a square neckline, sheer lace sleeves and a train that flowed behind her. The bride wore a veil and had her hair back in an elegant up-do, completing her look with a delicate bouquet.

Southampton and England defender Taylor, 24, also looked incredibly dapper in a smart black suit and bowtie. The couple have been together for some time, with Taylor popping the question to Leah off the coast of Italy in 2024. They share one child together, a baby girl named Iris, who was born in December that same year.

On the night before their wedding, Taylor and Leah celebrated with guests in the grounds of Kin House, enjoying drinks on the lawn in the evening sunshine. The following day, the bride likely prepared in a specially-designed ‘Dressing Room’ at the venue before going on to walk down the aisle.

There are three options on offer at Kin House for ceremonies – the Garden House, the 18th century Hearth Room at the heart of the house, or the outdoor Arbour, which is where the couple appeared to tie the knot.

The Drawing Room and Fitz Bar, meanwhile, join together for drinks receptions of up to 100 guests – for larger weddings, the Hearth Room can also be used alongside. And the party will likely have taken place inside Kilvert Hall, which is located in a separate wing of the house and has a bar, dance floor and curtained stage area for live music.

The newlyweds and their closest family and friends had 12 bedrooms to choose from, ranging from Biggest – with freestanding bathtubs overlooking the gardens – to Little. Each one comes with help-yourself mini bars featuring a range of treats and drinks, fluffy robes and Verden products in the bathroom, according to the website.

Leah is Roy’s fourth child. He and his wife Theresa have been married nearly 29 years and are proud parents to four daughters – Shannon, Caragh, Leah, and Alanna – and one son, Aidan, who married in 2025. They also have five grandchildren, including little Iris.

Despite his hardman reputation on the pitch, Roy, 54, is a devoted family man and often shares sweet snapshots on social media showing his close bond with his kids and grandkids. He once shared a snap of himself dressed as the police dog Chase from Paw Patrol with a granddaughter and grandson hugging his leg. He joked in the caption: ‘Available for party hire. I don’t like parties or kids but the pool needs heating.’

In another post from 2021, he shared a picture showing him and his then-baby grandson pulling the same grumpy face, writing: ‘Just like his grandad, always smiling.’

Roy has also forged a close bond with his new son-in-law, Taylor, who previously said: “He’s one of the people, barring my immediate family, who I know for a fact has only my interests in mind. The advice he gives me, I know he’s got my full interests at heart, so he has helped me with decisions.”

Meanwhile, Keane has equally praised Taylor as a ‘nice kid’ whose family has ‘done a great job’.

Leah and Taylor’s wedding isn’t the only exciting event in the Keane family calendar. In February, daughter Caragh – a primary school daughter – announced her engagement, and in April son Aidan and his wife Patsy revealed they are expecting their first child together., six months after their wedding day.
