Police said the case came to light after a passenger waiting at the RTC bus stand in Nellore on May 2 was allegedly targeted by the accused. The suspects reportedly approached him in a white car, offered him a lift towards Kadapa, and later allegedly threatened him with a knife after travelling a short distance. They are said to have robbed him of Rs 7,200 and a mobile phone before pushing him out of the vehicle and fleeing.
