The InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay has done away with the usual scramble of a one-night hotel stay, letting guests check in from 9am on their day of arrival and stay all the way through until 9pm the following evening, all for the price of a single night’s booking. The offer, called “Take Your Time,” is part of a wider campaign from IHG Hotels & Resorts and runs from 30 June to 6 September 2026 for anyone booking direct through the hotel’s website or the IHG mobile app.
The extended stay works out to roughly one and a half times the length of a typical overnight booking, which means guests get to skip the usual rush of arriving, unpacking and heading straight back out, or the equally familiar scramble of packing up before an early checkout. Breakfast is included on both mornings, served at Ancora, the hotel’s restaurant that sits right on the Dubai Canal with views over to the Burj Khalifa, and the rooftop pool remains open throughout the stay with its own sweep of the city skyline to take in.
Families travelling with children will find the offer particularly generous, with kids staying and dining free depending on the hotel’s dining policy for younger guests. There’s also access to the kids’ pool and to Planet Trekkers, the hotel’s kids’ club, which comes stocked with a PlayStation 5, an Xbox, colouring books, soft toys and a full roster of activities to keep younger guests occupied while the adults take their own moment to unwind.
Set along the Dubai Canal in the middle of Business Bay, the InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay leans into a residential feel that makes it easy to dip into Downtown Dubai, DIFC and the surrounding business and lifestyle districts, which makes the longer stay format a natural fit for anyone looking to decompress either side of a packed schedule, or simply looking for an excuse to slow down without leaving the city. The property currently ranks number one on TripAdvisor and carries Forbes Recommended accreditation, credentials that add some weight to its reputation as one of the more polished residential-style stays in the area.
For anyone looking to fill the extra hours the offer allows, we suggest booking the hotel’s cocktail making sessions, called Grand Atelier, where you and your partner in crime join the resident mixologist to create five cocktails each, priced at AED 549.

The maximum length of stay under the offer is one night, and it’s bookable only through direct IHG channels, though IHG One Rewards members can still earn points on their stay as usual.
