Khloe Kardashian has broken her silence about the rumors that she has been dating Scott Disick. Scott met Kourtney at a house party in Mexico back in 2006, after which they started dating. The couple dated for nearly a decade, marking an on-and-off dynamic. Together, they share three children. Kourtney and Scott officially called it quits in 2015.

In an episode of Khloe in Wonder Land on October 22, 2026, Khloe finally reacted to the buzz. Speaking about it, Khloe said she was the one who sent the posts about her and Scott’s dating buzz to him, asking if he had any idea people had been linking them romantically. In response, Scott questioned about the source. She also said she had no idea where it came from, and everything shown was old. Khloe mentioned:
“Oh my god, this Scott thing. I actually sent it to Scott and I was like, ‘Did you know that people think you and I are dating again?’ And he said, ‘Why? Where did this come from?’ I have no idea the origin of it. Everything they’ve shown is old stuff.”
Off camera, Kourtney mentioned an earlier episode where Khloe and Scott joked about having a child together. To this, Khloe shared that it was obviously an edit, and it didn’t at all imply that she and Disick are a couple. She further joked that if anything were to happen, Disick would be considered a stepdad and also an uncle to her kids, whom she shares with her ex-beau, Tristan Thompson.
Khloe further clarified that while it could happen for other people, for her and Scott, nothing like that could ever happen. Khloe considers Scott a brother, and sharing more about the same, she said:
“That, obviously, is editing, but no, we’re not a couple. One, He’s the father of my two nephews and niece… Sure, in history, I’m sure that’s happened for people, but it’s not going to happen here. That’s like the main thing. Two, also, he’s like my brother. Like my real legit brother. That’s weird.”

Kourtney and Scott met at their mutual friend, Joe Francis’ home in 2006. It was not love at first sight, and according to Scott, he liked her, but she wanted nothing to do with him. Later, in the first episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Scott appeared as Kourtney’s boyfriend.
Kris Jenner was doubtful about the relationship, and the main reasons were Scott’s maturity and fidelity. She said in an episode that she felt that Scott was cheating on Kourtney, but couldn’t tell her. However, Scott reassured Kris that he would never do anything to disrespect Kourtney.
They almost married in Vegas in 2007; however, a year later, the duo split. The reason was that Kourtney saw a message on Scott’s phone where a number was saved as ‘my wife’. This led to a split; however, they reconciled. The couple eventually welcomed their three kids. They had been on and off, with more than one breakup between them.
In 2015, Kourtney officially ended things with Scott amid cheating allegations after a photo showed him cozying up to stylist Chloe Bartoli in France. Although they parted ways, they still have a strong bond, and Kourtney says they are ‘soulmates’ in a way.
