Well, an old post of his from 2024 went viral, which left people wondering if his wife, Jen Vrabel has been suffering from cancer. Back in 2024, Mike posted something about cancer on social media. It was about someone who was suffering from a form of breast cancer named ductal carcinoma in situ, which is a typically non-invasive form of breast cancer that develops from microcalcifications.

As this post surfaced, people mistakenly linked it to Jen Vrabel, thinking she’s the one who was diagnosed with cancer. Well, it’s not the truth; it’s not Jen Vrabel who has been diagnosed, but rather, in this post, Mike spoke about someone else, as reported.

Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini’s controversy

A photo of Dianna and Mike made rounds, which was dated back to 2024, when the coach was fired from the Tennessee Titans. TMZ released the photo, where Mike and Dianna were seen spending time with each other. As per the eyewitness, the duo was comfortable around each other, so much so that the eyewitness felt that they were giving a husband-wife vibe. As per the eyewitness, there was no PDA between the duo, but they were chatting with each other and were at ease. 

Another photo of the couple was released by Page Six, where Mike and Dianna were sitting close at a club. In the photo, Mike was even seen kissing Dianna, who was a few weeks away from getting married to someone else back then. Mike was already married by then, and his wedding ring was also visible in the viral photo. To mention, when the photos were first released from Arizona, Mike said that the images were innocent only and thus the buzz was baseless, while Dianna said that there were other people as well with them, and it often happens that the reporters interview the source away from the stadium or venue, and thus, it was a professional meet-up only.

There were speculations that Dianna Russini’s husband might have hired a P.I. to track her and eventually spark the controversy around. While not confirmed, all these were just assumptions. Recently, TMZ learned that it was not Dianna’s husband who hired a P.I., but it was a couple, at the same Arizona hotel, who clicked the photos of Dianna and Mike.
