Former Wheel of Fortune co-presenter, Jenny Powell sizzled in a bikini by the swimming pool as she spent time on the Mediterranean island with her daughter, Connie
Jenny Powell is living proof age is just a number as she showcased her incredible bikini body in Ibiza. The 58-year old began presenting in the late 1980s, and was best known for her role on ITV gameshow, Wheel of Fortune after replacing Carol Smillie.
Today, the mum-of-two keeps in shape by practicing yoga, something she’s done throughout her time away on the Mediterranean island. Sharing a video of herself taking a dip in the pool, Jenny said of her break on Instagram: “A few days of yoga, sunshine, good food, proper rest, lovely people and a little less noise.
“No big transformation. No pressure to be doing anything. Just time to move, breathe, sleep, laugh and come back to myself a little. Turns out doing less can sometimes give you so much more. When did you last give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing… without feeling guilty?”
Jenny showcased her curves and toned abs in separate blue and brown bikinis in her clip, whilst giving her followers another glimpse on her story.
There, she could be seen snoozing on her sunlounger alongside the caption: “Shh… Mum’s asleep. Nothing to do with the margaritas by the way!”
Jenny also revealed that the trip with her daughter, Connie, didn’t get off to the best of starts – with her offspring forgetting her passport followed by a four-hour flight deay and an aborted landing.
“But somehow it all came together… and turned into the BEST mother and daughter night,” she said while sharing a video of them dancing in a nightclub on the island.
Jenny went on: “Our first time properly clubbing together in Ibiza – and what a way to do it! Ushuaïa, David Guetta, dancing, laughing and one of those nights I’ll never forget.
“Turns out the journey there was just part of the story! Mother and daughter Ibiza memories… priceless.”
Writing in response to her posts, one fan declared: “Still looks like the Jenny we all loved in the 80’s.”
A second Instagram user commented: “Beautiful and your legs are amazing!”
A third person gushed: “Ahhh wow! I bet you where both as proud to be with each other. You both must have had the best time!”
While celeb pal and former Pop Idoi presenter Kate Thornton declared: “I just love this! You’ve had a proper Ibiza moment.”
Posting further yoga snaps, meanwhile, Jenny said: “One of my favourite things about being away is having the time and space to just move… no rush, no agenda, just seeing where my body wants to go.
“A little strength, a little stretch, a little wobble and a lot of breathing.”
