Zion Foster appears to have hit out at people who have criticised his relationship with his new girlfriend, following his split from singer Jesy Nelson
Jesy Nelson’s ex, Zion Foster, has confirmed his new relationship after they had been secretly dating for months. And things are going so well that Zion, 27, and his girlfriend Sav have matching tattoos.
The musician split from former Little Mix star Jesy earlier this year after their twin daughters Ocean and Story were diagnosed with the life-changing condition Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 (SMA).
But in September, it was reported that he found love again with a mystery woman, who was later named. And now Zion has gone public with his new relationship.

Taking to Instagram tonight, Zion shared a video montage of him and his new girlfriend, with one clip seeing her plant a kiss on his lip. Another clip showed Zion planting a kiss on his girlfriend’s earlobe.
Captioning his post, Zion said: “It’s crazy how so many people are triggered seeing me happy.” Sav commented: “Meu amor,” which translates from Portuguese to “My love.”
But when one social media user was quick to criticise Zion, his girlfriend instantly leapt to his defence. One person replied: “Are you okay with your bf being a deadbeat dad?” Sav responded: “I know the person I share my life with. You only know about what you see online. There’s a big difference.”
However, many people were quick to share their happiness for Zion, with one person writing: “All the best for you.” “Be happy, tomorrow isn’t promised.” “I think it’s a beautiful thing,” said a third.
“The noise might be loud, but the love is louder,” wrote a fourth. Jesy, 34, has also moved on with her boyfriend, Ben Davies, and recently shared a string of loved-up snaps from their romantic getaway to Paris.
The singer was pictured with the landscape gardener as they posed for a selfie together on their romantic getaway. Another image showed the couple relaxing in the back of a chauffeur-driven van as they explored the French capital.
Jesy and Ben publicly announced their relationship last month, when she took to Instagram to share their first picture together before heading to the National Television Awards. “Forgot to mention,” she wrote alongside a picture of the pair at their swanky London hotel.
The star previously appeared to confirm her relationship with Ben, who once dated The Only Way Is Essex’s Lydia Bright, after she was spotted walking hand-in-hand with him through London’s West End in August.
Jesy and Zion welcomed their daughters Ocean Jade and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster prematurely last May, after a difficult pregnancy. Ocean and Story, hailed as “two little warriors” by dad Zion, have a severe form of the condition which kills muscles in a person’s body over time.
After his split from Jesy, Zion said he was “out of his depth.” In Jesy’s Amazon Prime series about life after the devastating diagnosis, Zion said: “I’m not equipped to deal with this. I’m out of my depth; emotionally, physically and mentally. At the moment, I’m surviving. I just need to get help.”
Following his comments, Zion said he wasn’t saying he would be walking away from his children or his responsibilities. He clarified that he was reflecting on the “overwhelming reality of suddenly facing a rare and complex medical diagnosis”, which he knew nothing about.
Being out of my depth meant I was learning,” he said. He went on to add that he didn’t mean to imply that he wasn’t going to be there to support his two children.
And while he and Jesy may have ended their romantic relationship, the pair remain friends and co-parent their daughters. He said: “I attend every appointment. I educate myself every single day about their condition. I ask questions. I listen. I learn. I support them however I can because being their father is the greatest responsibility and privilege of my life. This journey has been heartbreaking for all of us. Nobody prepares you for news like this, and we’re all navigating it in our own way.
“I feel the pain alongside Jesy because they are our children, and I always want what’s best for them.”
