Jesy Nelson’s new boyfriend has reportedly been revealed, as it has been reported that she is dating Ben Davies, a landscape gardener from Essex who previously dated Lydia Bright an original member of The Only Way is Essex.
The 35-year-old singer shared a big hint at the weekend that she had found love again as she shared a snap of herself at a rooftop dinner date. In the image a heavily tattooed arm could be seen, hinting at the presence of a mystery new man.
The Mail Online has now reported that Jesy’s new beau is Ben Davies. Apparently the pair started following one another in the past few weeks. Ben was previously with Lydia, with the Daily Mail confirming their romance in April 2024. By January 2025 the reality TV star confirmed she was single once more after splitting from Ben, who is the father of one.
Jesy was previously in a relationship with Zion Foster, with whom she shares two children, twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe. The couple ended their relationship soon after the singer told fans their twin girls had been diagnosed with a life-threatening condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1.
Jesy spoke about the end of her four-year relationship during her Prime show Jesy Nelson: Life Changing: “It’s a very traumatic thing that we’ve both been through. I think it’s quite inevitable for things like this to happen to couples. I don’t think it’s a shock that we’ve broken up.
“You’ll either be a team or it’ll tear you apart and unfortunately I feel that’s what it’s done to me and Zion. We still get on, there’s not bad feeling. My main priority is them. I just want to be the best mum with the best energy and positivity possible.
“The house was not like that when we were together. We’re both dealing with this situation completely differently, and together we were clashing. I decided we would be better off apart. It’s hard. It’s just me and mum now.”
Zion also said in the documentary: “I’m not equipped to deal with this. I’m out of my depth; emotionally, physically and mentally. At the moment I’m surviving. I just need to get help.”
After the episode aired, Zion released another statement after facing criticism for his comments. He wrote on Instagram: “When I said I was ‘out of my depth’, I wasn’t saying I was walking away from my children or abandoning my responsibilities as a father.
“I was talking about the overwhelming reality of suddenly facing a rare and complex medical diagnosis that I knew nothing about. Being out of my depth meant I was learning. It meant I was trying to understand. It never meant I didn’t love my daughters or that I wasn’t going to be there for them. Please don’t mistake vulnerability for abandonment.”
He added: “I love my girls more than words could ever express. They are my world and always will be.”
