Kamareddy: In a tragic incident, a man along with his two young children died by suicide after jumping into the Nizamsagar project in Kamareddy district.
The deceased have been identified as Krishna (32), a resident of Nizampet in Sangareddy district, his son Rakshit (8), and daughter Ananya (5). According to reports, the trio entered the waters of the reservoir together.
Following information provided by relatives, rescue teams launched a search operation and later recovered all three bodies from the project.
Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to the incident.
