The Monica Vinader pearl necklace is one piece of jewellery Kate Middleton has worn on repeat over the years, and you can still shop her exact one for just £144

She might have access to the best designers in the world, but if there’s one thing Kate Middleton stands by, it’s re-wearing the pieces that you love. That doesn’t just apply to her clothes, either. The Princess of Wales has a few carefully chosen pieces of jewellery that she wears on repeat, including her Nura Pearl Necklace from Monica Vinader.

The necklace has been worn on countless occasions by Princess Kate, and features a delicate gold chain with a teardrop-shaped pearl pendant. Both pieces are sold separately, with the chain costing £69 and the pendant priced at £75, meaning you can shop the whole look for £144.

But it’s not just the pearl necklace that Kate wears on her Nura Pearl Necklace – she’s also personalised it with a few meaningful charms too, which were especially important during her recent visit. Kate’s trip to Italy marked her first visit abroad since her cancer diagnosis in 2023, and she brought some symbols of her support system with her.

Kate had added some woodland charms from Asprey London to her necklace, including oak and acorn symbols. These reference the Middleton coat of arms that her father was granted ahead of her Royal wedding in 2011, with her custom-made wedding earrings also featuring oak leaf and acorn designs.

Her Asprey charms do come with a much higher price tag than her Nura Pearl Necklace, with some costing up to £7,500. However you can pick out your own personalised charms elsewhere if you want to make the necklace special to you too.

At Abbott Lyon you can pick up initial charms to symbolise the names of important people in your life, whilst Astrid & Miyu has a whole host of different options, to symbolise the things you love. Whether it’s a safety pin for your love of sewing, a four leaf clover to bring you luck, or a whole host of birthstones to commemorate important dates.

You can also customise the Nura Pearl Necklace at Monica Vinader by choosing different chain lengths and thicknesses, or shopping its range of charms too. Their charms and pendants also include initials and birthstones, as well as lockets and even engraveable ones to make them even more special.
