Katie Price is the subject of a new four part documentary series on Sky about her life

Katie Price has promised to discuss “the good, the bad and the ugly” parts of her life in a new documentary series. Katie Price : Nothing to Hide is a four part series being made for Sky but Louis Theroux’s production company Mindhouse, although sadly Louis will not be the one asking the former glamour model the questions.

Instead she is seen sat on a sofa being asked about her career and private life over the last few decades. In a trailer for the Sky series, Katie says: “Shall we start with the good the bad or the ugly. “I am what I am, but I have got nothing to hide. You can speak to anyone you like.”

In recent months Katie, 47, has hit the headlines for marrying Lee Andrews in Dubai. There have been question marks around the motives of their nuptials as the pair barely knew each other when they walked down the aisle.

Katie’s other marriages include Peter Andre, Alex Reid, and Kieran Hayler. She has five children: Harvey, Junior, Princess, Jett, and Bunny. After becoming a glamour model in the Nineties, she has gone on to become one of the most photographed women of her generation.

This archive-led retrospective of her life promises to go beyond the headlines, and has intimate access to Katie and some of the family and friends she is closest to. It also promises some people providing versions of events and “stories which have never been told”.

The show will be directed by International Emmy-winning director, Paddy Wivell and will air in the Summer.

Arron Fellows, co-founder and creative director of makers Mindhouse said: “Katie’s 30 years in the spotlight have been truly extraordinary. This series doesn’t shy away from – in Katie’s own words – ’the good, the bad and the ugly’; and this is an unexpected re-appraisal of a woman many people feel they have already figured out.

“Paddy and the team have spoken to a range of contributors who have crossed paths with Katie at different junctures of her life – through the ups, the downs and everything in between – and in doing so have crafted a series that is as jaw-dropping and unpredictable as it is tender and surprising. I can’t wait for people to see it.”

Hayley Reynolds, Head of Documentary Commissioning, Sky said: “Katie Price is one of the defining figures of modern British fame, and her story offers a powerful lens on the culture that shaped it.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Paddy Wivell and MindhouseProductions to continue Sky Documentaries’ reputation for raw and unfiltered documentaries about Britain’s biggest icons, whose stories also say something about the world we live in.”

* Katie Price: Nothing to Hide, a four-part Sky Original series, will be available on Sky and streaming service NOW this summer.
