Katie Price is said to be “desperately worried” about Lee Andrews now that her fourth husband has been declared a missing person. A missing person report has since been filed with the police, five days after Katie last spoke to her fourth husband. This weekend, Katie shared a video on her YouTube page, voicing her concerns for the safety of Andrews, whom she married this year after just a few days of knowing him.
Sources say that Katie is in constant contact with Lee’s family as they continue to await news on his location. Katie last spoke to her husband on Wednesday night, and he informed her that people were “coming for him”, that his hands had been tied, and that he was in the back of a van.
“He has stopped responding to her calls, and the location services on his phone have been disabled. “Lee is officially a missing person now,” a source told The Sun.
They added: “Katie is in constant contact with his family and is desperately worried. And she’s mortified — she’s seen people calling it a stunt and that she must be in on it, but she’s absolutely not.
“This is such a worrying, upsetting situation.” Lee had been due to fly from Muscat International on Monday night, in what would have marked his first trip toi the UK since he married Katie.
Despite sending a video to his wife and the ITV team showing him at the airport, he still failed to board his flight and the ex-model explained that matters relating to Lee’s alleged businesses had come to light, requiring his urgent attention.
Speaking directly to the camera on Saturday night, Katie said she had been “forced” to address the speculation surrounding her husband. “The truth is, Lee has been missing for three days,” she said, adding: “The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10 O’Clock, he was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me.
“Lee was trying to get through the border near Hatta and, oh God, this is so discombobulating. His location went off at 10:03, Wednesday night, that’s the last contact anyone’s had, his family and me. This is the third day now, obviously, he phoned me before the location went off. He’s in the middle of nowhere, obviously, I’m worried.”
Hatta is an enclave in Dubai, located high in the Hajar Mountains, around an hour from central Dubai. Katie went on to say that by Thursday, Lee was radio silent, and her messages were not being delivered. His family also reportedly raised concerns, prompting Katie and Lee’s family to contact the police in Dubai.
She said she was concerned as she and Lee are normally in “constant contact” and it was “worrying” that the location services on his phone had been disabled. She said that nobody had been able to locate Lee.
“We’re now wondering, as far-fetched as it is, he’s a missing person,” she said, adding: “I don’t know if he’s been kidnapped.” She said that there had been no records of Lee at any prison or police station.
Katie said it was “unsettling” that last she last spoke to Lee, on FaceTime, he had a hood on and informed her that he had been “captured, arrested or whatever”.
She added: “He had ties around his hand, not handcuffs, and a hood, and he said ‘Look, they’re coming back for me,’ that is the last FaceTime call I had. Then his phone went dead.” The former model said that the head of the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) was looking into the disappearance of Lee.
