Katic Price says that nobody knew just how bad things were for her when she experienced some very ‘dark moments’ in her life.
The TV star, 48, will soon be releaseing her tell-all docuseries soon, Katie Price: Nothing to Hide – in which she will open up about her 2018 and 2021 breakdowns. She experienced severe depression, suicidal thoughts, and even checked into The Priory amid her breakdowns.
This week, Katie attended the Sheffield DocFest where she got candid and confessed: “When I had my breakdown, I don’t think people really knew how bad it was, and how it affected people in my life.”
She went on to say: “There are some really dark moments [in the series] but at the same time, uplifting. People have to remember that it’s actually my life, so if you’re exhausted just watching it, imagine how exhausting it is for my little pea brain,” The Sun reveals.
It comes after Lee Andrews has finally been released from prison, almost a month on from when he went missing on May 14. Last month Katie initially claimed he had been “kidnapped” before he eventually resurfaced. The glamour model told fans that he had been in touch from prison in Dubai, where it was alleged that he had been arrested and detained on suspicion of espionage.
It was announced that Lee could be behind bars for several more weeks. However, Lee has now left prison and is now a free man, jumping straight on to Facetime to speak to his wife.
The Sun has since shared a screengrab of Lee and Katie on Facetime, with Lee sporting longer darker facial hair, and with a grin and a cap. Katie told the outlet after their reunion: “I’m excited – but trust me, I have questions.”
