Lee Andrews’ mum has issued a heartbreaking plea to the “kidnappers” who potentially have her son as his wife Katie Price continues to try to find his whereabouts

Lee Andrews’ mum has issued a heartbreaking plea to the “kidnappers” who potentially have her son. The Dubai-based businessman married ex-glamour model Katie Price in January, just two weeks after they had met, and the pair have rarely been out of the headlines since.

Towards the end of last week, Katie and Lee were due to appear on Good Morning Britain for what would have been their first joint television interview, but the former I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! star was forced to go it alone after he failed to board a flight from the affluent city.

Katie has not heard from her husband since Thursday and his whereabouts has been a mystery ever since. As the days rolled on, she insisted that he had been kidnapped and it’s said that a missing persons report was filed soon after.

Now, his mum Trisha, has spoken out on the matter as she pleaded: “Please bring my son back.” Katie initially claimed in a video posted to social media that Lee was in a van with “ties around his hand when she last spoken to him.

Asked if she thought he had been kidnapped, Trisha told The Sun: “I don’t know, he could have been. I’ve not seen the video. I don’t know the laws out there but I wouldn’t have thought they’d use cables. Wouldn’t they put handcuffs on?”

Trisha, who works as a travelling medium who performs readings, then went on to claim that her daughter-in-law puts “too much” on social media.

She added: “I think she’s exploiting in general, that’s what I meant She’s always putting things on [social media] isn’t she? As I said, I get on with Katie. She puts too much on [social media].”

Trisha then claimed that Lee has been based in Dubai for more than 20 years, and the last time she visited him was about six years ago, but she has not seen him since he was last in the UK around 2022.

Amid the whole ordeal, Katie has been quick to slam those who have suggested that the whole thing is simply a publicity stunt.

In a recent video, Katie faced the camera and began by talking about how hard she was finding the current situation. She said: “Hey everyone, I’m here to do an update about Lee. This is a really difficult time for me at the moment. It’s been five days since I’ve heard anything from Lee. None of his family have heard anything, his dad is out in Dubai and he’s heard nothing.”

She said that they had reported Lee as missing to the British Embassy – the Foreign Office have confirmed they are “supporting the family of a British man” – and that her “anxiety levels are sky high”.

Katie then begged fans for help, continuing: “If there’s anyone in Dubai or you know anyone in Dubai and you spot him or see him… I don’t know because I don’t know where he is. Because the last thing I know, his hands were tied and he had a hood over his head and he was in the back of a van.”

The star also thanked those that had been supportive, including fans, family and friends. “All I can do is look after myself and my head and get on with each day as I can,” she said. “Because I still have to get on with life. I want to thank everyone for their kind messages. I’m a tough girl. I’m a survivor but I’ve never been in a situation like this.

“No one needs to worry about me, I always keep my head mind body and soul in check as I have done for a long time but it’s just the unknown and the anxiety because I just don’t know where he is. It is distressing.”
