Katie Price’s jailed, now estranged husband Lee Andrews is preparing to cut all ties with the former model, who ended their marriage while he remained behind bars

Lee Andrews has cut ties with his famous wife Katie Price – unfollowing her on Instagram. The former model was the only person Lee followed on his public page, but now he’s not following anyone.

He’s also removed all traces of Katie from his biography, which now reads: “Britains bad boy [sic].” His Instagram Grid has also been cleared of pictures with Katie, but he has kept his Story highlights, including their wedding and engagement, as well as Katie’s fitness journey, visible.

Lee also returned to his Instagram Stories, although it wasn’t a selfie; it was Halsey’s song, Without Me playing, with the song originally about an ex-partner being “lovely” and “taking advantage” of somebody.

He’s also returned to Cameo, where he’s flogging personalised videos for £40.73, or an eye-watering £739.89 for business customers. His biography on the video selling platform reads: “For shirtless kindly choose the express delivery option as this is a premium offer , recognized featured public figure , news articles , media tv, podcast , radio reality tv as well as social media [sic].”

Earlier this year, Katie shocked her friends, family and fans when she married him – just hours after meeting him for the first time.

Prior to this, the pair engaged in conversation via social media. But while Price, 48, believed she had her fairytale ending, their marriage didn’t last. Just days after their wedding, the Mirror revealed that Lee’s claims of working for the UK Labour Party and The Prince’s Trust were untrue.

However, the final straw for Katie came when Lee lied about the funds available in his cryptocurrency wallet. After he claimed he had millions, it later transpired that the amount was merely £2.22, which he says was inaccurate. After this, sources claim Katie “came to her senses”.

At the time Katie ended their marriage, Lee was behind bars in Dubai’s notorious Al Awir jail. He told Good Morning Britain via a voice note that he was in “civil jail” but hadn’t “been convicted of any crimes, nor am I a criminal”.

Lee insisted he hasn’t pulled the wool over anyone’s eyes, while saying his issues with Katie should have remained behind closed doors. And he said: “I’ve got my own issues, obviously, but I have my own thoughts on everything.”

He claims he has the funds and offered to take a lie detector test to prove it. Speaking on the ITV show, Katie insisted that she hadn’t been conned by Lee, nor did she marry him for his alleged wealth.

She said: “I’ve never been with a man with money. With me, it’s never about going with a man with money. I’m self-made, and I have my own money. He hasn’t scammed me for money, but I feel he has scammed me, because he fabricated a person that doesn’t exist.”

The Mirror understands that Lee, at the time of publication, remains behind bars.
