Lee Andrews is in for a grilling when Katie Price next sees him following his release from prison with the former glamour model saying she has questions
Lee Andrews might be all smiles after being released from prison, but he’s not out of jail when it comes to his wife Katie Price. The former glamour model, 48, had a stark warning for husband number four after he finally got his freedom almost a month after going missing.
Lee was seen on FaceTime and looked very healthy and happy following his stint in the notorious Al Awir prison in Dubai. But while he might have been smiling, Katie has warned him there could be trouble ahead.
She spoke to her man on FaceTime minutes after his release. And Katie bluntly told her man: “I’m excited – but trust me, I have questions.”
Katie revealed her conversation to The Sun. She showed her man wearing a baseball cap and having a heavy tan. It’s thought Katie is going to visit Lee over the next few days and a showdown is expected.
A source told the publication: “He called Kate straight away and she was thrilled – not least because she didn’t pay a penny of the £140,000 fine to get him out.
“Of course she has heard the discourse surrounding him, and she’s not stupid. She knows the optics aren’t great if she stays with this man. But as any woman who has been love-bombed knows, it’s hard to leave when you’re being treated so well..”
They admitted Katie is still struck on her man, despite his “despicable actions”.
Self-professed millionaire Lee had been locked up in Dubai’s notorious prison after initially going missing. Katie’s concerns for her man saw her fear he had been kidnapped when she couldn’t contact him last month.
He had been banged up in the prison on suspicion of fraud. It comes despite his claims that he had been arrested for spying.
Katie previously moved to assure fans that this was not a PR stunt in a bid to garner media attention. She adamantly told the publication: “This is real, this is real life; this is my life. It has been a tough few weeks, don’t get me wrong. But I’ve still stayed strong through it all, and I have a smile on my face.”
Katie, who shares two children with Peter Andre, added: “So, in this situation, I’m doing what I want to do, and I’m out here in Dubai, because I’m here to help Lee. Some people might not like my choices, but I’m not living for everyone else.”
When Lee first went missing, his ex, Alana Percival, hit out at him and his actions. She took to Instagram and wrote: “Has he faked his own kidnapping? I would if I was him knowing that I’m about to open some doors! In my eye all just one big joke he is just playing his sick games.”
She added: “Thank you all so so much for such amazing lovely messages I know to start a lot of people thought I was being bitter or fame hungry but now I think you can all start to see what this awful man is all about. See why I wanted to protect Katie from the things that he has put not just me but exes through in the past.”
