He is best known for his role in Stuart Little in 1999 – but now, actor Jonathan Lipnicki is almost completely unrecognisable. Jonathan was just nine years old when he landed the role of George Little in Stuart Little in 1999, before reprising the role in its 2002 sequel.
Now aged 35, many fans wouldn’t recognise him if they passed him in the street, despite the fact he has continued to build a successful acting career. Since Stuart Little, Jonathan has appeared in a number of children’s films, as well as taking on voice acting roles in Family Guy and appearing in TV series including Youthful Daze and Interns of F.I.E.L.D.
His career has also expanded behind the camera, and in 2023 he became an executive producer at Buffalo 8 Productions.
Activism work
Away from his work in the entertainment industry, Jonathan has also used his platform to support a number of charitable causes.
He has worked as a speaker for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and is actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Starlight Children’s Foundation.
He has also supported the NBA’s Read to Achieve programme, which aims to encourage children to develop a love of reading.
Personal life
When he’s not working, Jonathan has a number of other interests, including martial arts.
The actor holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and often gives fans a glimpse into his training and achievements on social media.
He also occasionally shares snippets of his romantic life with his girlfriend, who is known simply as H.K. online.
The couple went public with their relationship in 2025 when they posed for a selfie together.
Since then, they have given fans a glimpse into their relationship, sharing pictures from date nights, romantic meals out and late-night walks on the beach.
Sharing a post on Instagram, his girlfriend said: “Ocean views with the Beau.”
Commenting on her post, one user said: “So dreamy! I love your smile. Have fun.”

The future
Despite having worked in the entertainment industry since he was a child, Jonathan is still determined to take his acting career to the next level.
Speaking to People, he said he has been seeking clarity in his career and is hopeful about what the future holds.
He said: “I’m confident the best is yet to come for me.”
Jonathan explained that he wants to “turn this ship around” and sail towards bigger and better acting opportunities.
He added: “This is the thing I want to do for the rest of my life, and I think you just have to believe it’s going to happen and do everything in your power to take action in the right direction.”
