Once considered a top-five pick less than a season ago, Koa Peat’s stock has continued to slide since the NCAA Tournament.
That trend continued during shooting drills at the 2026 NBA Draft Combine, as Peat posted some discouraging numbers. The Arizona product finished among the worst of all prospects present, shooting just 6-for-25 during the 3-point star drill and 6-for-25 during the spot-up shooting drill.

Although Peat tested well athletically, there’s now an increased chance that the 19-year-old returns to school for his sophomore season to polish his skills and increase his draft stock.
In his freshman season with the Wildcats last year, Peat averaged 14.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 0.7 blocks in 36 contests.
