Kylie Jenner Sued By Ex-Housekeeper For Alleged Discrimination, Faced ‘Severe Pervasive Harassment’?

It seems like Kylie Jenner has once again found herself in the midst of fresh controversy. According to reports, Kylie is being sued by her former housekeeper for a number of allegations, such as harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. The news of the lawsuit comes just after the reality TV star wrapped up two weekends of partying at Coachella.

According to a complaint obtained by People, the former housekeeper who is suing Kylie Jenner is named Angelica Vazquez. Reportedly, she filed the lawsuit against the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star as well as two companies, Tri Star Services and Madison Family Services, on Friday, April 17, 2026. In the complaint obtained by the publication, Angelica details her employment period, which was the duration of about one year, from September 2024 to August 2025. Allegedly, Angelica was “treated with hostility and exclusion” from day one. It is worth noting that in the filing, Kylie Jenner has not been called out for any behaviour but has been listed as a defendant. 

Reportedly, Angelica claimed that she had initially begun working for Kylie as a housekeeper at her Beverly Hills residence on September 10, 2024. Though just a week later, she was moved to Kylie’s Hidden Hills residence. Here, Angelica used to report to a woman named Elsi and the head housekeeper, Patsy. Allegedly, the duo, along with other staff members, subjected her to “severe pervasive harassment.” Owing to Angelica’s race, national origin, and religious beliefs, they even “belittled and humiliated [her] in front of coworkers.” 

As someone who is Salvadoran and Catholic, Angelica claims that she was told “Catholics are horrible people,” in addition to being mocked or intimidated about her immigration status. If her claims are to be believed, there were comments made alluding to how people who are of a similar background to Angelica were deported from America. These comments led to a “toxic and abusive environment.” 

As if this amount of alleged bullying wasn’t enough, Angelica further claims that she was always assigned the worst tasks. She was excluded from the housekeeping team, had fingers snapped at her, and was also apparently shouted at routinely. Noting how “violent” things got in March 2025, Angelica alleged that a supervisor threw hangers at her feet as a means of reprimanding her. All of these alleged treatments resulted in Angelica developing “anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder.”

After she issued complaints, Angelica claims to have suffered a “loss of wages.” In July 2025, she took a medical leave, and according to the complaint obtained by People, she “had no choice but to resign.” This was in the following months because the working conditions had become just “intolerable.” 

What is Angelica Vazquez seeking from suing Kylie Jenner?

As per reports, Angelica Vazquez is said to be seeking punitive damages and restitution damages. These would be in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unpaid sick leaves, unreimbursed business expenses, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld. It is worth noting that Kylie Jenner herself has not addressed any of these claims or the lawsuit as of yet. Also, several outlets like E! News, People, and TMZ have tried reaching out to the beauty mogul’s rep, but to no avail.
