Whoopi Goldberg voices a feral, unpredictable hairless cat named Cupcake, John Waters plays a grumpy, sophisticated Persian who has sworn off humans entirely, Amy Sedaris voices a Shih Tzu, and Plaza herself voices Dana, the ex-owner left behind.
