Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has now become the sole member of the 300-playoff-game club.
James, after starting on Thursday, May 7, against the Oklahoma City Thunder for Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals, played his 300th playoff game.

At 41, he is still playing at an elite level, among the top 50 NBA players, despite entering his 23rd NBA season.
He has powered the Lakers through their first-round series against the Houston Rockets, though a tough test is left with the Thunder in front of him.

James is averaging 38.4 minutes per game entering Thursday, with 23.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 8.0 assists.
With Luka Doncic missing the entire postseason and Austin Reaves missing the majority of action, James has been the fulcrum on offense, and his leadership has been everything for Los Angeles.
Former teammate Alex Caruso did not hold back about the threat James poses, who can still take over a game with his offense. He has the mind of a veteran and still possesses the body to put his teams on his back for spurts.

“He’s always ready for the moment. Everybody wants to talk about his age but he’s still LeBron James. He’s still capable of being the best player on the court any given night,” the former Laker said.
