Dubai-based Lee Andrews has claimed it won’t be long before he’ll be coming to the UK, despite a reported ban that prevents him from leaving the UAE

Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews has claimed he is preparing to move to the UK despite reports he remains subject to a travel ban in Dubai.

The self-styled businessman, 43, made the latest claim in a personalised Cameo video after weeks of insisting he will soon be flying to Britain, despite repeated reports suggesting he is unable to leave the UAE while outstanding legal matters remain unresolved.

Speaking in the clip, which was later shared on TikTok, Lee said: “I will be coming to the UK, despite what everyone’s saying… I’m on my way soon, so I’ll be giving Dubai up a little bit.”

The comments come after a tumultuous few weeks in which Lee disappeared from public view before later claiming he had spent around a month in Dubai’s Al Awir prison.

Authorities in the UAE are understood to be investigating allegations of fraud, although Lee has repeatedly denied those claims and insists he was detained over suspicions of espionage.

He has also continued to reject reports that he fraudulently obtained a mortgage in the name of former fiancée Dina Taji.

In a video posted to social media this week, Lee insisted: “There’s not one shred of evidence where I’ve taken a mortgage in somebody else’s name, particularly in my ex fiancée’s name Dina.

“If I was to take a mortgage in somebody else’s name, wouldn’t she get that mortgage?… That’s definitely not the case.”

The Daily Mail previously reported that Dina took legal action against Lee, resulting in a travel ban being imposed in Dubai. It has also been reported that he could face further legal action if outstanding debts are not settled.

Lee has also reignited his feud with Good Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid after she described him as a “conman” while discussing his recent disappearance.

Responding on Instagram, Lee claimed he wanted to confront the presenter on the ITV programme.

He said he hoped to appear on the GMB sofa with wife Katie Price to “thrash it out” before adding that Susanna should lose her job for making the remarks.

The latest comments come after Lee returned to social media following his release from prison, where he has posted a string of videos addressing the allegations against him and sharing updates with followers.

Away from the legal row, Lee also claimed his spell behind bars had taken a physical toll.

Posting a video from the gym, he told followers he was trying to regain the weight he said he had lost while in prison.
