Just days before Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews went ‘missing’ in Dubai he was posting photos with Katie on his social media – but fans had a lot to say about it
Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews has been ‘missing’ in Dubai for five days but just a few days before he vanished he was posting selfies with wife Katie.
Katie Price was due to appear on TV with her husband but he didn’t make his flight to the UK. Later, Katie accused him of making her “look like a d***” for not showing up for the interview. However, things have taken a turn since. In a statement on Sunday, Katie claimed that Lee wasn’t taking a social media break – and that she feared he’d been kidnapped as he has been ‘missing’ for three days.
“I put that up because the truth is, Lee has been missing for three days. The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10pm, he was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me,” she said.

“Lee was trying to get through the boarder at Hatta, this is so discombobulating, his location went off at 10.03pm on Wednesday night, that’s the last contact anyone has had – his family and myself.”
She later revealed that in the last FaceTime she had with him, his hands were tied together and a hood had been placed over his face. Katie said he told her: “They’re coming back for me.”
The claims have been questioned by some, but the Foreign Office have confirmed they are supporting the family of a British man and are in contact with the local authorities”.
But just days before he went ‘missing’ Lee was posting on social media sharing photos of him and Katie. Lee posted a smiley selfie on May 10 on Facebook with the caption: “Young married couple winning x Katie Price Don’t find someone to grow old with find someone to stay young with x”
The post has over 700 comments, a lot of which Lee replied to. One commented: “AI photo again.” To which Lee replied: “it’s our honeymoon you idiot.” Another commented: “Young? Hahahaha hahahaha that’s so funny hahahaha, hey Lee have you bought Katie that Ferrari yet? #cashconverters. To which Lee resonded: “Yes she has it”.
Numerous comments mocked Lee for stating they were a ‘young couple’, one person wrote: “Middle aged more like.” while another said: “Hahaha that’s the laugh of the day that one especially the young bit.”
The last five days have been very stressful for Katie and she now fears she may ‘never hear’ from her elusive husband as reports suggest he is ‘squatting in a slightly run-down villa’ and using a burner phone to speak to those he trusts.
Lee is reportedly wanted by Interpol after Herts police escalated an investigation involving claims from one of his exes, with The Sun claiming that he is ‘frantically planning a route out of this ginormous hole he appears to have buried himself in’.
