An offshoot of Fremantle’s beloved Kakulas Sister – founder Eleni Kakulas is the sister of George Kakulas of Kakulas Brothers fame – this European-style deli leans hard into cheese, charcuterie and salumi.

While most purchases are destined for the fridge, pantry or picnic basket, elite rolls toasties made with great cheese and smallgoods are designed for more immediate enjoyment: think ham and raclette cheese, or a seasonal truffle cheese number, all washed down with Humblebee coffee.
