Sangarredy: A minor dispute turned violent at a curry point in Beeranguda, Sangareddy district, after a man allegedly attacked a cashier for refusing to provide sambar worth ₹10. The accused, identified as Jeevan, reportedly assaulted cashier Uday with a knife, causing head injuries.
Alert locals quickly intervened, shut the shop shutter to prevent further escalation, and restrained the attacker. The injured Uday was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
