Man bitten by shark off coast of Albany

A man is on his way to shore to be treated by paramedics after a suspected shark attack off the coast of Albany on Saturday morning.

The incident happened at about 11.20am.

“Emergency services were advised of a possible shark attack off the Albany coast,” a WA Police spokesperson said.

The man is believed to have been bitten by a shark and is currently being brought to shore where he will be met by St John Ambulance paramedics.
