Hyderabad: A man brutally murdered his second wife to death over family disputes in Kishan Bagh under Bhadurpura police station limits.
According to police, the accused Suleman Bin and Nishat Fatima (28) were married five years ago. They have two children. After their marriage they lived in their house in Kishan Bagh. Suleman, who had earlier married to another woman, frequently used to harass the victim Nishat, police said.
Nishat lodged a complaint with the woman police station against Suleman. During the police counseling before elders, Suleman assured he would take good care of her but gradually developed a grudge over Nishat.
On Sunday evening, Suleman entered the house of Nishat with a knife and threatened his kids to sleep in another room. He later attacked her brutally and slit her throat and fled, police said.
