Texas A&M football is awaiting news about one of its top offensive players.
Wide receiver Mario Craver left the field during Saturday night’s game against Arkansas and did not return before the first half ended. With 8 minnutes, 17 seconds on the clock, Craver hobbled to the sideline on his own power. It’s unclear how he was injured but the play ended with a completion to running back Rueben Owens II.

During A&M subsequent drives, he was seen on the sideline with his helmet on, but did not reenter the game. Craver had one catch for 10 yards on the night. Also the team’s punt returner, Craver has 22 catches for 225 yards and two touchdowns. The Alabama native leads the team in receptions and yardage.
Craver was listed on the availability report this week after suffering a lower-body injury last week against LSU.
A&M led at the half 24-7.
