Since bursting onto the scene in 2012, Master Chang’s immediately turned heads for its range of Malaysian and Singaporean-style baked goods that referenced both east and west. Those addictive Swiss rolls remain one of Master Chang’s calling cards, as do those jiggly custard egg tarts. The bakery has since added new branches to its network, including a Vic Park cafe that also offers kaya toast breakfasts.
