As the Miami Hurricanes continue the journey of the 2026 regular season, our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook have released odds for the week 11 homecoming game against the Duke Blue Devils.
With no further ado, your FanDuel Sportsbook line of the week:
Miami is looking to bounce back after losing their first game of the year 31-24 to Notre Dame on Saturday night. This was the first game without star WR Malachi Toney, who sustained an ankle injury during practice last week and had surgery to fix the issue. He is reportedly out for 4-6 weeks, and hopes to return for the ACC Championship Game or College Football Playoffs, if able.

In Toney’s absence, the Miami offense took a while to get going against Notre Dame. After spotting the Irish a 24-3 lead, Miami worked their way back into the game before losing by the touchdown score listed above.
This is a major grudge match for Duke. Their coach Manny Diaz formerly coached Miami but was fired to make way to hire Mario Cristobal. Many former Miami staffers were let go when Cristobal took over, and followed Diaz to Duke, where they still work. On top of that, Miami stars QB Darian Mensah and WR Cooper Barkate starred for Duke last year before transferring to Miami. And Diaz also had several former Miami players play for him at Duke as well.
So now, Duke is coming to Hard Rock Stadium as the homecoming opponent, with a coach (and other staffers) going against the team that fired them, several South Florida natives on the roster and looking to pull a major upset to keep their possible — but slim — chances of making the ACC Championship Game.
I’ll be interested to see how this line moves in the week ahead. And we’ll have more to say about the landscape of the season and this game specifically this week as well.
On to the next one. 1-0 mindset.
Go Canes
