Mike Vrabel Gave ‘Friendly Little Slap’ On Dianna Russini’s Butt In February 2026, Says NFL Witness

While Mike is getting support from his NFL team, Dianna chose to resign from her position as the NFL insider of The Athletic. Amid that, Tony Farmer recently shared a post, in which he claimed that an eyewitness saw Mike slap Dianna’s butt in February 2026. For the unversed, Tony is the beat reporter of San Francisco 49ers.

Did Mike Vrabel slap Dianna Russini’s butt?

A while ago, Tony Farmer took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to share that in February 2026, an eyewitness told him that he saw Dianna Russini sitting on Mike Vrabel’s lap. Later, when she tried to get up, the Patriots’ head coach gave a slap on her butt. To support his allegations, Tony shared a long article. A part of it can be read as:

“An NFL employee said they saw Dianna Russini sitting on Mike Vrabel’s lap at Coaches Tavern in Indianapolis during the week of February 23. According to the witness, at one point Russini stood up and Vrabel gave her a “friendly little slap” on her buttocks. The timeline of the incident was approximately four weeks prior to the infamous photos of the duo hanging out 1-on-1 at an adults-only resort in Sedona, AZ. This was also about three weeks after the Patriots lost the Super Bowl.”

During the same, Tony Farmer also revealed that further when he spoke to an anonymous source about the incident and the place, they shared, “(NFL) coaches have realized that Prime (the Steakhouse across the street from Coaches Tavern) has become a popular spot for journalists to hang out and so Coaches has become a spot to let their hair down.” However, since there is no video clip of the same, we cannot verify these claims made by Tony Farmer. It is worth noting that if the eyewitness saw this in February 2026, why did he choose to stay silent for so long.

Are Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel in a relationship?

It is worth mentioning that there is no confirmation on if Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini are in a relationship or not, however, considering the current situation, it looks like there is something true in all the photos that were shared by Page Six. A report also claimed that if they were innocent, then there was no need for Dianna to resign and Mike to enter a family counseling plan.

Talking about their alleged relationship, in the first week of April 2026, Page Six shared a couple of cosy photos of Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini holding hands and hugging each other. The snaps sparked a major conversation on social media as both Mike and Dianna are married to separate people. Later, Page Six also shared a video of the duo kissing each other in a club. The outlet claimed that the clip was from 2020.
