Hyderabad: The Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) received 20 public grievance applications during the Prajavani programme held on Monday.
It received 15 applications related to Town Plannig, four to engineering and one related to Revenue department. Every grievance is an opportunity to serve citizens better. The departments concerned will follow up on the applications and take appropriate action towards addressing public concerns, according to officials.
