Mohamed Salah is set to announce his next club “very soon”, the forward’s lawyer and advisor has said in an update explaining how the 34-year-old has avoided holding talks “just for the sake of noise”.
Egypt captain Salah left Liverpool after nine years at the end of last season and helped his country make history with their first-ever win at a World Cup before being dramatically ousted by holders Argentina in a last-16 classic at the 2026 edition.
“We still do not know where Mohamed will play next season,” teased Ramy Abbas Issa, Salah’s representative. “But we may know very soon.”
