And if you do get tempted to drink, my advice is to think ahead as to how you’ll feel the next day. This isn’t true for everyone, but it’s true for me – if I fast forward that situation, I’m going to be far too drunk. I’m going to wake up the next day, I’m going to feel horrendous and I’m going to let people down. That’s not worth it for me.
