Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is learnt to have taken a serious note of the ongoing dispute between former MLA S.V.S.N. Varma of TD and Jana Sena leader Pendem Dorababu over protocol issues in the Pithapuram Assembly constituency. The CM reportedly gathered details from TD state president Palla Srinivasa Rao and is learnt to have expressed his displeasure over the developments. In the interim, TDP former MLA Varma, in a tweet, wondered how he and TDP activists could be attacked and abused when they raised questions over the picture of the Chief Minister Naidu not being displayed on the flex banner at an official meeting organised under the aegis of Pithapuram Area Development Authority. Varma alleged that Dorababu, who worked against the Jana Sena chief and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan during the last elections, could now try to dominate the TD workers after switching loyalty from YSR Congress and joining the Jana Sena. The former MLA alleged that Dorababu is a covert operative of YSR Congress party who is trying to create trouble within the NDA.
