HYDERABAD: In separate notifications, the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (Nims) has invited applications for 31 medical faculty positions at the at the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (Tims), Sanathnagar. on a contract basis. The vacancies include five professors, two associate professors and 24 assistant professors across specialties such as cardiology, CTVS, nephrology, urology, neurology, neurosurgery and gastroenterology. Walk-in interviews for the posts will be held on July 6, at 9 am.
In another order it also recruitment for 31 posts in non-faculty categories, including IT and engineering, allied healthcare and technical services, security and administrative departments. Applications for the posts will be accepted until 4 pm on July 6, 2026.
Separately, Nims invited applications for 122 posts —29 technical and 24 administrative —on a temporary basis to facilitate the operationalisation of Tims-Sanathnagar. The technical vacancies include lab technician grade-II anaesthesia technicians, X-Ray/C-arm technician grade-II, ECG technicians, Cath lab technicians, blood bank technician grade-II, CT technician grade-II, MRI technician, CSSD technician, EEG technician grade-II, biomedical, audiometry and audio-visual technicians.
The administrative vacancies include senior assistant, supervisor, health inspector, assistant public relations officer, deputy registrar/deputy financial controller, assistant registrar/assistant financial controller, accountant, medical record officer (junior), statistician and accounts officer/financial controller.
