After keeping their affair low-key, Lauren posted a series of pictures in 2019 on the occasion of Odell’s birthday. The couple then made their red-carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in February 2020.

Though it was clear that Odell and Lauren were dating, the footballer always liked to keep his relationship private. In an interview with GQ, Odell revealed that he never liked speaking about his personal life and said:

“You never hear about the woman I’m dating or anything like that. And you won’t. I don’t need to give you that,” he said. “You want to talk about my job, football? We can talk about that. But this is my personal life. There’s two separate lines. So I always try to keep that.”

From maternity shoot to baby shower, the couple posted pictures and flaunted their excitement on social media. When the Los Angeles Rams won over the Cincinnati Bengals at the 2022 Super Bowl, the wide receiver was pictured kissing Lauren’s baby bump and the picture was too adorable to be missed.

In February 2022, Odell Beckham and Lauren Wood welcomed their son, Zydn, and the doting parents shared a picture cuddling their newborn. Soon, the couple shared snippets of their parenting moments with their baby boy. The couple brought their baby boy, Zydn, to join them on the red carpet ahead of the 2022 EPSY Awards in Hollywood. 

What led to Odell Beckham and Lauren Wood’s split?

It was in early 2023 when reports of Odell and Lauren’s breakup surfaced. Neither Odell nor Lauren publicly announced their split, but sources told TMZ that the couple has parted ways after dating for four years. Reports cited their long-distance relationship and the immense pressure of their conflicting cross-country careers as the reasons for their split. Despite their split and living on opposite coasts (Beckham living in Miami and Wood living in Arizona), the couple has been co-parenting their son.

Soon after their split, Odell Beckham was seen hanging out with Kim Kardashian. A source told In Touch at the time that the football player and reality star are “dating, and Odell even went to Kim’s in Calabasas to meet the whole family.” The source also added that Odell was in attendance at Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s son, Tatum’s first birthday party. When rumours about Beckham’s alleged romance with Kim Kardashian surfaced in 2023, Lauren took to Instagram and shared a cryptic message, which can be read as:

“Staying present in the moment is the closest you get to trusting the unknown.”
