Two police officers who dealt with Henry Nowak, who died after being stabbed in Southampton, are under investigation for potential gross misconduct, the Independent Office for Police Conduct has said.

Nowak, 18, was handcuffed as he lay dying after being stabbed by Vickrum Digwa in December 2025.
