If you have passed Road 10, Jubilee Hills in the last few weeks, a brick-coloured, box-shaped building may have caught your eye. Well, this is Oktober, the newest addition in the city’s growing list of breweries, and is open now with its space that is so inviting.

Oktober is located at the busy Jubilee Hills Road Number 10, or 10C as people call it, this space invites you inside to a different world of its own. Suddenly, you are drawn to tiered spaces, with each giving a vibe in its own, surrounded with greenery.

This 650-seater brewery and restaurant has some unique brews like the Butter Beer from Harry Potter and a Pineapple Cider. The regulars like an IPA, Lager, Witbier, and Hefeweizen are also very well-made, curated by master brewer Aishwarya.

Unlike most breweries in Hyderabad, Oktober also has some interesting cocktails on offer. They offer modern classic cocktails, but their innovative lineup of signature cocktails like Breakfast of Champions, Mango Mustache, or Pickle Me Pink deserves to be tried.

Keeping the namesake Oktoberfest the menu at Oktober has a modest but well curated German offerings including Kartoffelsalat for the vegans and vegetarians, while meat lovers can try their German sausages or schnitzel.

Owners Snehit and Rashmi Reddy have drawn inspiration from their travels around the world and in collaboration with the team behind Soka, Banglore, they came up with a menu that has something for everyone.

“When we were conceptualizing this space, our aim was to ensure that our guests keep coming back for the food and drinks. We wanted to take equal care to cater to vegetarians and non-vegetarians so our menu has a wide variety for both kinds of guests”, they shared with Deccan Chronicle during the launch week.

The food menu includes bar snacks, grills, some Asian fare, sharing platters, and a variety of Indian dishes.

The space has multiple levels and different kinds of sitting areas for whatever vibe guests are in the mood for.

Outdoor, cozy spots for date night and intimate gatherings, indoor spaces for when the mood to party strikes, Oktober has it all.

Rashmi Reddy shared, “We didn’t want to create only a party place where our guests would struggle to hear each other over the loud music. Music is played a little louder only in one of our indoor areas. We wanted to give our guests as much open space to relax. This is also why we have tried to include as much greenery as possible in our outdoor areas. Hyderabadis love to hang outside.”

The newest brewpub in Hyderabad has already witnessing very good amount of footfall, that is only going to become more popular with time with their welcoming space and spirits.
