Olivia Attwood has revealed her dramatic ‘mini nervous breakdown’ as she relays her crazy week to her followers that saw her appear on live TV, fly to France, and party until five in the morning.
The reality TV star, 35, has reflected on her busy week on Instagram, telling her followers: “I was just reading my diary. Landed back from 24 hours under Ibiza. Had a mini nervous breakdown. Threatened the internet to release everything from my receipts and screenshot folder.”
She was reflecting on her savage meltdown about her ex Bradley Dack as it was confirmed he’d moved on with his ex-girlfriend.
“These people get tangled in their own web of lies,” Olivia raged on Instagram at the time. “All you have to do is sit back and wait. Took seven months of people trying to make me think I was crazy and they are all coming out the woodwork now.”
In another fiery post last week, Olivia continued: “I have definitely beat up myself over my poor judgement over the last decade, but I guess I could of spent 10 years as the bit on the side/professional bench warmer, so silver linings I guess.”
She then said that her management had encouraged her to be the “bigger person” and that she wouldn’t be releasing any screenshots. “The screenshots are on pause because my manager wanted me to be the bigger person,” she told fans, as she wandered around Selfridges with a pal. “I’m going to have a spontaneous night out but I’m wearing Vans so we’re going to go buy some shoes.”
In her post on August 6, reflecting on her week, she spoke about her emergency retail therapy and continued to speak about her busy week, revealing that her ‘mini nervous breakdown’ was just the tip of the iceberg.
“[Went] to Louboutin on to calm my nervous system with new shoes. Didn’t calm me enough, so went dancing in a gay bar till 5 a.m. Got up the next morning. Thought, f**k this. Got on a plane to Saint-Tropez. Partied in Saint Tropez for three days.
“Land in the UK. Appeared on breakfast television to promote my new show. Said new show, The Price of Perfection, goes to number one on ITVX, the most watched show on the platform. Thank you, Chef’s Kiss. Drive to Wales to collect my two dogs from Doggy Residential and back.
She then spoke about her flourishing canned alcohol business, revealing it would now be stocked in several supermarkets. “You’ll like this one. Have a meeting to find out that four major supermarket chains want to stock Savano. My Cosmopolitan magazine cover has launched. It’s not even been a week!”
She then joked that she might even get married to just put a cherry on top of her last seven days. “There’s actually 10 more hours left, so it’s one week. What shall I do neck tattoo, shave my head, get married. Come on!” she said.
She urged fans in the caption of the post not to tell her to slow down: “Not bragging .. just literally reading my diary… give me some ideas … (& don’t say anything about rest that’s boring).”
