Erika Kirk, the widow of the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, remains under public scrutiny because of her high-profile status. Following the fatal shooting of Charlie, she has been trying her best to balance her work and family life. However, amid that, she often has to deal with online trolling and other unfavorable situations. Recently, a podcaster mocked Erika by dressing up as her for Halloween. The podcaster said that she’s not sorry for her act.
Erika Kirk humiliated as podcaster dresses up as her for Halloween
Dressing up as a real, living person for Halloween might be 2026’s trend, as seen with Kim Kardashian, North West, and Natalie Nunn. The latest addition to the list is 28-year-old internet personality and podcaster Tana Mongeau. She dressed up as Erika Kirk and tried to imitate the mannerisms of the Turning Point USA chairman. Tana sported an all-black look in the nearly nine-minute YouTube video, titled ‘A Message From Erika Kirk‘.
Tana Mongeau’s outfit included a black satin shirt and a black cap, offering a peek of the Erika-like blonde hair. She even tried to copy Erika’s makeup style, and she did it justice to some extent. The heavy mascara, triangular blush, lifted thick brown eyebrows, and pink, plumpy lips seemed quite similar to Erika’s makeup look. Beyond the look, the podcaster also tried to act like Erika by staring wide-eyed at the camera and making an expression often seen on Erika.
Tana knew her act could be seen as mocking Erika Kirk, but she refused to say sorry for it. She mentioned it in the caption, saying she most likely didn’t feel apologetic towards Erika and that saying it out loud wouldn’t make any sense. In her words:
“I feel like I should immediately apologize for this but I’m not sure if I’m sorry so.”

The post of Tana Mongeau went viral on discussion forums like Reddit. On a FauxMoi subreddit, a person said, “It’s not really giving Erika Kirk; the eyes aren’t scaring me.” Another one stated, “She’s not staring into my soul hard enough.” A third user wrote, “To pull this off, the focus needs to be on the eyes. Prob needs some sort of color contact lens and up the eyeliner 150%.” A fourth person suggested, “She should of put in blue contacts.”
Another commenter compared Tana Mongeau’s Halloween act to that of comedian Druski (real name Drew Desbordes). Druski, in March 2026, did a skit about how conservative women in America act in March. In the skit, he’s dressed as a blonde white woman with piercing blue contacts, which many saw as his subtle reference to Erika Kirk. Notably, the comedian didn’t reveal who he was dressed as, but the internet buzzed with theories pointing to Erika.
