The wild and wacky NFL will always offer surprise teams, and how’s this one? The New York Football Giants rise to a top 20 team in 2026.

The Post’s post-NFL draft Power Rankings:

1. Los Angeles Rams

Adding CBs Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson to that front seven helps Matthew Stafford in his last real chance for a second ring more than drafting Ty Simpson with the 13th pick will.

2. Seattle Seahawks

First-round RB Jadarian Price replaces Kenneth Walker and Sam Darnold proves he’s no one-hit wonder with help from Jaxon Smith-Njigba and that Dark Side defense.

3. Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes might finally have a ground game with Kenneth Walker and Andy Reid filled defensive needs with first-round CB Mansoor Delane and second-round DT Peter Woods.

4. San Francisco 49ers

Losing Robert Saleh hurts but Nick Bosa and Fred Warner will be back healthy and George Kittle is expected back to join Mike Evans and explosive second-round WR De’Zhaun Stribling.

5. Denver Broncos

Sean Payton will torment defenses with WR Jaylen Waddle and his Nik Bonitto-Patrick Surtain II defense is elite.

6. Houston Texans

First-round G Keylan Rutledge and RB David Montgomery will mean a formidable rushing option for C.J. Stroud and second-round NT Kayden McDonald will mean a formidable run stopper to allow predators Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter to pin their ears back.

7. New England Patriots

Drake Maye will return from his Super Bowl nightmare with WRs A.J. Brown and Romeo Dobbs while HC Mike Vrabel will return from his personal nightmare.

8. Philadelphia Eagles

Jalen Hurts will be losing A.J. Brown but Howie Roseman got him WRs Dontayvion Wicks and rookie Makai Lemon and freakish rookie TE Eli Stowers for the latest new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion in addition to juicing the pass rush by trading for Jonathan Greenard.

9. Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen has a new weapon in WR DJ Moore to supplement James Cook and the rushing attack, and Joe Brady as a new head coach with a new stadium welcoming the Bills Mafia.

10. Green Bay Packers

Jordan Love has weapons all over the place and Micah Parsons will help defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon replace Jeff Hafley.

11. Los Angeles Chargers

Jim Harbaugh’s beloved offensive tackles are healthy again and Justin Herbert is too good not to win a playoff game one of these days.

12. Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson’s Super Bowl quest continues with Derrick Henry rampaging behind rookie G Vega Ioane instead of C Tyler Linderbaum and HC Jesse Minter on the sideline instead of John Harbaugh coaching DE Trey Hendrickson.

13. Jacksonville Jaguars

Trevor Lawrence is finally making his move and look out if WR Brian Thomas Jr. bounces back and Travis Hunter emerges as a lockdown corner.

14. Carolina Panthers

Another step forward from Bryce Young and a defense bolstered by LB Devin Lloyd, edge Jaelen Phillips and rookie DT Lee Hunter.

15. Cincinnati Bengals

If Dexter Lawrence has a bounce-back season and he and rookie edge Cashius Howell overcome the departure of Trey Hendrickson, Joe Burrow will be happier than ever throwing to Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.

16. Detroit Lions

Penei Sewell moves to left tackle to replace Taylor Decker so Jared Goff can get the ball to Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown as Dan Campbell prays that rookie Derrick Moore can be Aidan Hutchinson’s edge bookend.

17. Chicago Bears

Cardiac Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson continue to grow together with lots of firepower to overcome question marks on the defensive line.

18. New York Giants

John Harbaugh expects to win and a healthy Malik Nabers and Isaiah Likely catching passes from Jaxson Dart combined with Dennard Wilson’s pass rush will excite the fan base, but what about stopping the run without Dexter Lawrence?

19. Dallas Cowboys

Dak Prescott will be airing it out again to CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens and first-round S Caleb Downs will be a godsend for rookie defensive coordinator Christian Parker, but will there be enough pass rush?

20. Tennessee Titans

Robert Saleh and Brian Daboll got Cam Ward his Go To Guy in WR Carnell Tate and got DT Jeffery Simmons help with Jermaine Johnson, John Franklin-Myers, Alontae Taylor and Cor’Dale Flott.

21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Rookie edge Rueben Bain Jr. is a much-needed pass rusher but Lavonte David retired and Mike Evans is in San Francisco.

22. Washington Commanders

Rookie LB Sonny Styles completes an extensive defensive upgrade while a healthy Jayden Daniels needs a bounceback season from WR Terry McLaurin.

23. New Orleans Saints

Tyler Shough has new weapons with first-rounder Jordan Tyson, third-rounder Oscar Delp and former Jaguar RB Travis Etienne, but can the run defense, cornerback play and special teams improve?

24. Minnesota Vikings

Kyler Murray will help Justin Jefferson’s fantasy football numbers and a Brian Flores defense now bolstered by rookies Caleb Banks and Jake Golday will make them a tough out, but the division is murder.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers likely would have preferred Makai Lemon over first-round T Max Ihanachor, but first-year HC Mike McCarthy has to find out if he should start getting rookie Drew Allar ready just in case the Enigma decides to retire.

26. Indianapolis Colts

Daniel Jones will be back throwing to Alec Pierce and handing off to Jonathan Taylor but it won’t be easy replacing Michael Pittman and first-round LB CJ Allen has to fill Zaire Franklin’s shoes.

27. New York Jets

Geno Smith will be hoping against hope that he ain’t writing back with a plethora of young weapons and an impressive young offensive line and HC Aaron Glenn has better leadership on defense and rookie pass rusher David Bailey, but the playoff drought will extend to 16.

28. Atlanta Falcons

The secondary has talent, and rookie HC Kevin Stefanski has Bijan Robinson and Drake London, but good luck with QBs Michael Penix and Tua Tagovailoa.

29. Cleveland Browns

New HC Todd Monken completed the offensive line overhaul with first-round LT Spencer Fano and drafted targets KC Concepcion and Denzel Washington for Deshaun Watson and/or Shedeur Sanders, but watching Myles Garrett sack the quarterback is still the main event.

30. Las Vegas Raiders

Kirk Cousins will keep the seat warm for prize rookie QB Francisco Mendoza and they upgraded the defense in free agency, but HC Klint Kubiak isn’t ready yet for Andy Reid, Sean Payton and Jim Harbaugh.

31. Arizona Cardinals

It’ll be fun watching Jeremiyah Love run the ball, not so much fun watching Jacoby Brissett and/or Carson Beck pass it.

32. Miami Dolphins

Rookie GM John Eric-Sullivan and HC Jeff Hafley are starting from scratch with Malik Willis.
