Tollywood superstar Prabhas is reportedly making another major investment in Hyderabad real estate. Having emerged as one of the biggest pan-Indian stars, the actor continues to command huge demand despite mixed box-office results in recent years. Alongside a packed film lineup, Prabhas is also said to be focusing heavily on long-term investments.
Reports suggest that Prabhas had purchased nearly two acres of land in Hyderabad’s Financial District around two years ago and has now begun construction on a lavish dream home. The property is said to be located near the Kokapet ORR exit, offering easy access to different parts of the city. The estimated land value in the area is reportedly above Rs 80 crore per acre.
Prabhas is already known for his Raidurgam guest house, which has often hosted gatherings and celebrations. With the surrounding area becoming busier over time, he is believed to have been searching for a larger and more private space. Sources say the construction of the new mansion may take around two years to be completed.
Prabhas now joins a growing list of Tollywood stars making large real-estate moves, with actors like Balakrishna and Allu Arjun also reportedly building luxurious mansions in Jubilee Hills, close to the residences of Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan.
On work front, Prabhas is busy shooting for Fauzi and Spirit and also would be joining shooting for Kalki 2 and surely he is busy for next few years
