Telimar secured a surprising 21:14 victory over sixth-placed De Akker. Led by Saveljic and Lo Dico, who each scored four goals, Telimar started strong with a 6:1 first quarter. De Akker struggled to recover, despite a standout performance from Balazs Erdely, who scored six goals. The most exciting encounter was the one in Genoa, where Iren Quinto defeated 4th-placed Posillipo after a penalty shootout – 13:11 (9:9).
Trieste had to dig deep to beat Ortigia 12:11 in Syracuse,with four goals from Niko Cubranic.
