Selections based on a good track.

Race 1

3. Last Tour has had a few chances with seven starts to his name, but he has been thereabouts and comes into this on the back of a last start fourth at Goulburn when he had his chance. He wasn’t beaten too far in that event and gets into this with an apprentice allowance from a good draw. A bold showing is on the cards. 4. The Champion has been placed in three of seven starts including his latest two outings at Kembla Grange. He’s a recent trial winner to be kept up to the mark for this. 9. Samoan Roman is on debut after a couple of trials and won the latest of them at Muswellbrook. He warrants respect. 1. Gold Earth has had two runs back from a spell including a last start sixth at Gosford and should find this an easier assignment.
How to play it: Last Tour WIN.

6. Sky Goddess is a Peltzer filly having her first start in this and she has had one trial in preparation for a close-up second at Illawarra Grange. She looks to have the talent to give this a shake. 10. Red Rocquette has performed well in each of her two starts when beaten less than half a length in each of them and can figure prominently. 8. Miners Mate ran well when a resuming second at Quirindi and can run well again here. 1. Mr Cacciatore has had two starts and finished fourth in each of them at Newcastle and Scone and can show up here on the strength of those efforts.
How to play it: Sky Goddess EACH WAY.

Race 3

3. Devil Dancer makes his debut here after three trials in total including two recent hitouts. He ran third in the latest of them at Warwick Farm and looks a leading contender. 4. Let Up is also on debut and has had two trials. He won the latest of them at Goulburn and has the talent to give this a shake. 7. Denise’s Gal was placed at Goulburn before a last start close-up fourth at Moruya and looms as a contender again. 5. Moonlit Timber has had two trials leading into this debut and bears close watching.
How to play it: Devil Dancer WIN.

Race 4

2. Comic Culture was an Acton track winner at Canberra before finishing second at the same track. He since finished second at Grafton when having every chance and can perform well again in this. 1. Yes Siree was back to his best when a last start second at Goulburn and can show up again if he can maintain that form. 4. Smichov won in maiden grade here two starts ago before a sixth at Newcastle and shouldn’t be taken lightly. 5. Brass Monkeys has been placed in five of eight starts and has the talent to figure.
How to play it: Comic Culture WIN.

Race 5

4. Yiasou has been racing well with two wins on end at Warren and Dubbo before racing on the speed and battling on strongly when a last start second at Tamworth. He should push forward again here and take plenty of running down. 8. It Is To Be is handy at best and hasn’t been disgraced in his past two starts since failing on the Kensington track. 10. Italus broke his maiden here three starts ago and has since finished eighth and fourth at Wyong and Goulburn respectively. 2. Like Lukey was a Warren winner three runs ago and ran well when a last start fourth at Tamworth.
How to play it: Yiasou WIN.

Race 6

2. Gail Jeanette has been racing well with two wins from her last three starts. Both wins have been at Dubbo when racing on the speed with a last of eight at Rosehill wedged in between. She’s drawn ideally here and can take plenty of running down again. 5. Rileycat was a Goulburn winner back in February and hasn’t raced since finishing fifth at Warwick Farm in early March. She looks set to run well fresh. 10. Golden Vader won at Dubbo before a third at Tamworth and since was down the track in a Highway at Rosehill. She can show up back to this company. 6. Tommy Flyer hasn’t been disgraced in recent outings and can be a factor on his best form.
How to play it: Gail Jeanette WIN.

Race 7

1. De Joker was second-up from a spell when going to the lead at this track two starts ago and coming clear to score a runaway victory. He followed that up with a third at Dubbo when beaten less than a length and only needs to maintain that form to be hard to hold out in this. 4. Mrs Bull has been down on her form at her past two starts but is talented at best and can bob up without surprising. 5. Honey Slider won a couple on end before running home well for a last start third at Dubbo and can show up again despite the wide draw. 2. Jamacri had been in form with wins at Warren and Dubbo before a last start fifth at Newcastle and she bears close watching here.
How to play it: De Joker WIN.
